Rosita Stone is Canadian-Hispanic recording artist and composer who has performed with artists such as Michael Buble, and has garnered awards for her music topping the charts in Latin America. On Thursday Sept. 30th, Rosita Stone will be premiering her new music CD "La Magia del Alma" (the magic of the soul). Featuring Jorge Lopez (on Grammy winning album "Canciones de mi Padre" by Linda Ronstadt), Armando Borg on percussion (Hilario Duran, I Mother Earth), and fabulous Spanish guitarist Alvaro Oyarce. The event will also celebrate the expansion and re-branding of Eye for the Future Magazine, in which Rosita will be an ongoing writer for Music and Health Education. This event is in conjunction with a Mental Health Fundraiser, in which triple award winning film "Eyes Beyond" will be screened, with 2010 Yuk Yuk's Comedy Award winner Patrick Haye performing a routine and a silent auction to help raise awareness against the stigma associated with mental illness. Spider Jones, award winning journalist and broadcaster will be presenting among many more special guests.
